Manchester City Finalizes £65m Deal for Iliman Ndiaye
Manchester City has reached an agreement with Everton to sign winger Iliman Ndiaye for £65 million, following a failed attempt to acquire Cody Gakpo from Liverpool.
The deal consists of a £60 million guaranteed payment along with £5 million in potential bonuses. Discussions between City and Everton progressed quickly, building on prior contact regarding Jack Grealish.
Meanwhile, Tottenham Hotspur, who had been in advanced talks for Ndiaye, are now shifting their focus to Chelsea's Mykhailo Mudryk after delays caused by Richarlison's indecision regarding a move to Everton. Earlier on the same day, Liverpool rejected City's £80 million bid for Gakpo, raising concerns about finding a suitable replacement.
