Manchester City Finalizes £65m Deal for Iliman Ndiaye

Meanwhile, Tottenham Hotspur, who had been in advanced talks for Ndiaye, are now shifting their focus to Chelsea's Mykhailo Mudryk due to delays caused by Richarlison's indecision regarding a move to Everton. City is also pursuing other targets, including a central midfielder, as the transfer window approaches its deadline.
