Manchester City Finalizes £65m Deal for Iliman Ndiaye from Everton
Manchester City has reached an agreement with Everton to sign winger Iliman Ndiaye for £65 million, positioning him as an alternative after a rejected £80 million bid for Liverpool's Cody Gakpo.
The deal consists of a guaranteed payment of £60 million, with an additional £5 million in bonuses. Discussions between City and Everton progressed quickly, building on prior contact regarding Jack Grealish.
Meanwhile, Tottenham Hotspur, who had been in advanced talks for Ndiaye, are now exploring other options, including a loan for Chelsea's Mykhailo Mudryk. Liverpool's rejection of City's bid for Gakpo has raised concerns about finding a suitable replacement for the Dutch player.
