Manchester City Finalizes £65m Deal for Iliman Ndiaye from Everton

Manchester City has reached an agreement with Everton to sign Iliman Ndiaye for a total of up to £65m. The deal includes a guaranteed payment of £60m along with an additional £5m in performance-related add-ons.

This agreement follows Tottenham's attempts to secure Ndiaye, which were hindered by complications in their negotiations involving Richarlison, who was expected to move to Everton.

Meanwhile, Manchester City's pursuit of Liverpool's Cody Gakpo appears to be faltering, as Liverpool seeks to finalize a replacement before allowing Gakpo to leave.
