Manchester City in Advanced Talks to Sign Iliman Ndiaye from Everton
Manchester City is currently in advanced negotiations with Everton to secure the signing of winger Iliman Ndiaye for a total of £65 million. This move comes after City had an £80 million offer for Liverpool's Cody Gakpo turned down earlier this week.
The proposed deal for Ndiaye includes £60 million as a guaranteed payment, with an additional £5 million in potential bonuses. Discussions have progressed quickly, building on previous contact between the two clubs regarding Jack Grealish.
Meanwhile, Tottenham Hotspur, who had been in talks to acquire Ndiaye, are now exploring other options, including discussions with Chelsea for a loan deal involving Mykhailo Mudryk. Liverpool's rejection of City's bid for Gakpo has prompted City to seek a wide forward and a central midfielder before the transfer window closes.
