Manchester City is reportedly scouting Allan Elias, a winger from Palmeiras, with the intention of bringing him to the Etihad Stadium. Allan, primarily a right-sided attacker, has a release clause of £85 million and has made 48 appearances for Palmeiras since his debut in 2025, scoring six goals and providing five assists. However, Palmeiras has stated that he is not for sale, complicating any potential transfer.
