Marc Marquez Dominates Sprint Race at Aragon GP
Marc Marquez achieved a significant victory in the sprint race at the Aragon Grand Prix, maintaining his unbeaten streak in sprint events. Starting from second on the grid, Marquez quickly took the lead from polesitter Marco Bezzecchi, who ultimately finished in third place.
Marquez crossed the finish line 1.1 seconds ahead of Gresini's Alex Marquez, who secured second place, marking a 1-2 finish for Ducati. Bezzecchi, despite a strong start, struggled to regain his position after being overtaken at Turn 1 and could not keep pace with the leading riders.
Throughout the race, Marquez extended his lead, reaching nearly a second by the end of lap 5. His performance earned him 12 championship points, moving him into third place overall. Behind the top three, Pedro Acosta finished fourth, while several riders faced challenges, including Jorge Martin, who dropped to fifth after a mistake.
