Maresca Aims to Strengthen Manchester City Squad Before Transfer Deadline

Reports suggest that Manchester City may pursue Enzo Fernandez, who captained Chelsea last season, before the transfer deadline on September 1. Maresca noted that while Ruben Dias and Erling Haaland currently serve as captains, the team could benefit from one or two more leaders. Additionally, Ayyoub Bouaddi is set to join the squad after completing a €100 million transfer from Lille, while Jack Grealish's future remains uncertain amid interest from Sunderland.
