MarShawn Lloyd Faces Key Season with Green Bay Packers

Running back MarShawn Lloyd is entering a crucial third season with the Green Bay Packers, marking the first time he is healthy after struggling with injuries in his previous two years.

Selected in the third round of the 2024 NFL Draft, Lloyd has played only one game due to hamstring injuries that affected both his rookie and sophomore seasons. This offseason, he underwent specialized assessments at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which helped identify issues contributing to his injuries. In the preseason, he participated in two games, recording 10 rushing attempts for 30 yards and catching two passes for seven yards.

With Josh Jacobs on the NFL Commissioner’s Exempt List, Lloyd is expected to start early in the season, presenting a significant opportunity for him.
