Marvin Mims Suffers Minor Foot Injury, Expected to Play

During the final week of preseason, Broncos wide receiver Marvin Mims experienced a foot injury while playing in Thursday's game, leading to a visit to the medical tent.

Mims limped off the field after an incomplete pass and had his right foot examined. Head coach Sean Payton later indicated that the injury was minor, describing it as a bruise and stating that Mims would be fine. The team had been cautious with him, especially since he had missed time earlier in the summer due to another lower-body injury.

Despite the setback, Mims is not expected to miss the season opener against the Chiefs on Monday night, as the injury should not affect his availability.
