Matisse Thybulle Adopts No. 4 Jersey After Dalton Knecht's Release

Matisse Thybulle is set to wear the No. 4 jersey for the Los Angeles Lakers in their upcoming season opener against the Golden State Warriors, following the release of Dalton Knecht from the team.

Thybulle, who initially wore No. 26 when he joined the Lakers, has switched to his preferred number, which he has worn since high school. He previously donned No. 4 while playing for the Portland Trail Blazers and during his college career at the University of Washington.

This will mark the first time Thybulle wears No. 4 in a Lakers uniform. He is expected to contribute to the team's secondary rotation due to injuries affecting other players.
