
Matt Campbell Announces Penn State's Starting Offensive Line for 2026
Head coach Matt Campbell has named the starting offensive line for Penn State's football team ahead of the 2026 season. The lineup includes redshirt freshman Malachi Goodman at left tackle and Iowa State transfer Trevor Buhr at left guard, both tasked with protecting quarterback Rocco Becht.
Brock Riker will start at center, having transferred from Texas State, where he had a strong performance last season. Cooper Cousins takes the right guard position, while Anthony Donkoh returns as the right tackle. The average weight of the starting offensive line is 319 pounds, showcasing their size and strength.
Campbell noted the impressive depth of the offensive line, highlighting young players like Owen Aliciene and Garrett Sexton, who have performed well in practice against the first-team defense. The team is set to play its first game in the upcoming season on Saturday.
