Matt Hardy Addresses TNA Roster After Time Cut at Lockdown
Matt Hardy recently addressed the TNA roster during TV tapings following their main event match at Lockdown, which had its time reduced. The event took place on August 23 at Credit Union 1 Arena in Chicago, Illinois, where the Hardys lost the TNA World Tag Team titles to Ryan and Nic Nemeth.
The match lasted 11 minutes and 58 seconds and is noted for being among the lowest-rated matches of the show. In his podcast, Hardy emphasized the importance of wrestlers being proactive in managing match durations to ensure the main event receives its full time.
He encouraged his peers to make adjustments if a show is running long, stating that doing so could enhance their standing within the promotion. Following Lockdown, Hardy participated in TNA's television tapings in Brampton, Ontario, while his brother Jeff was absent due to ongoing issues related to entering Canada.
