Max Verstappen to Compete in Largest Kart Race with 100 Drivers
Max Verstappen, the Formula 1 champion, is set to compete in a karting event featuring 100 drivers at Silverstone on September 16. This race, titled 'Max vs 100', is being promoted as the largest kart race in the world.
Verstappen will start from the back of the grid and aims to overtake all competitors within the time limit. The event will include participants from various fields, such as athletes, celebrities, and fans, with confirmed entries including ultrarunner Arda Saatçi and basketball player Chris Matthews.
The race will be broadcast live on Disney+ and ESPN, featuring innovative graphics and drone footage. Unlike traditional F1 races, Verstappen will have the ability to communicate directly with his competitors during the event, enhancing the competitive experience.
