Maxx Crosby Remains with Raiders After Trade Talks with Rams
The Las Vegas Raiders are set to begin the 2026 regular season against the Miami Dolphins at Allegiant Stadium, featuring star pass rusher Maxx Crosby. Earlier this offseason, Crosby was involved in a trade agreement with the Baltimore Ravens, which ultimately collapsed when he failed a physical due to concerns over his knee.
Following the Ravens' decision to back out, the Los Angeles Rams showed interest in acquiring Crosby, but he made it clear that he wanted to remain with the Raiders. Despite other teams, including the Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys, monitoring his situation, no substantial offers were made.
With Crosby's commitment to the Raiders, trade discussions ceased. He is reportedly in good health and has expressed no issues with the franchise. Meanwhile, the Rams shifted their focus to Myles Garrett, successfully acquiring him in a significant trade.
