Mercedes F1 Reports £633 Million Revenue and £125 Million Dividend in 2025
The Mercedes Formula 1 team reported a revenue of £633.4 million for the year ending December 31, 2025, and distributed £125 million in dividends to shareholders, as detailed in their annual accounts.
This revenue marks an increase of £1.3 million from the previous year, with over £415 million attributed to sponsorship and licensing. The team's profit after tax rose to £125.9 million, up from £116.9 million, while operating profit increased to £166.7 million from £156.2 million.
The accounts also revealed that Mercedes had 24 team partners in 2025, including new agreements with adidas, Meta AI, and Nasdaq. Despite a decrease in television coverage from 15.5% to 13.2%, attributed to McLaren's competitive performance, the team remains in compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, CrowdStrike's George Kurtz acquired a minority stake in the team, and construction on new facilities at their Brackley site is expected to conclude in late 2026.
