Mia Enderby and Faye Kirby Extend Contracts with Liverpool FC Women
Liverpool FC Women have announced contract extensions for midfielder Mia Enderby and goalkeeper Faye Kirby as they continue to build their squad ahead of the new season. The club is currently in its second week of preseason without a permanent manager.
Faye Kirby signed her new deal last Tuesday, while Mia Enderby followed suit on Thursday. Both players, aged 21 and 20 respectively, are part of a young core that includes other homegrown talents. Kirby, who joined Liverpool in 2022, made three starts in the Women's Super League (WSL) before suffering an ACL injury last September. She has since recovered and is eager to compete for a starting position.
Mia Enderby, who joined the club in 2023, has made 42 appearances and scored six goals in cup competitions. She is looking forward to contributing more significantly this season following the departure of a teammate. With these extensions, Liverpool now has 21 confirmed senior players on their roster, although they still seek a permanent manager and additional players to strengthen their squad.
