Micah Parsons Aims for Return Against Cowboys After Injury
Micah Parsons, a star pass-rusher for the Green Bay Packers, is starting the 2026 regular season on the physically unable to perform list due to recovery from a torn ACL sustained last December.
Parsons has expressed his desire to participate in the Packers' Week 6 game against the Dallas Cowboys on October 18. Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst indicated that Parsons is progressing well and may be close to returning after missing the first four games of the season.
Gutekunst emphasized the importance of being cautious with Parsons, given the significant investment the team has made in him. Parsons, who led the Packers with 12.5 sacks last season, is eager to return to the field, especially to face his former team. However, Gutekunst has not confirmed Parsons' availability for the game, stressing the need for him to be at his best for the team's goals later in the season.
