Micah Parsons Aims for Strong Comeback After ACL Injury
Micah Parsons, the Green Bay Packers edge rusher, stated that he is determined to return as a better player following his left ACL tear last season. He emphasized that his recovery has led him to focus on enhancing his performance rather than the timing of his return.
Parsons, who suffered the injury on December 14, 2025, underwent surgery shortly after and has been rehabilitating for over seven months. He remains on the physically unable to perform list as training camp progresses, but he mentioned that a return for the Week 6 game against the Dallas Cowboys is a possibility.
While he is not committing to a specific return date, Parsons is pleased with his progress and is preparing for upcoming change-of-direction drills. He highlighted the differences in his recovery compared to teammate Tucker Kraft, who is also recovering from an ACL injury. The Packers are currently without Parsons as they begin the regular season, relying on other players to fill the gap on the defensive line.
