Michael Brennan Wins Baycurrent Classic in Yokohama
Michael Brennan achieved his second victory of the season and third overall by winning the Baycurrent Classic on Sunday in Yokohama, Japan, with a one-stroke lead.
He finished the tournament at Yokohama Country Club with a score of 16-under 268 after shooting a 3-under-par 68 on the final day. Brennan parred his last six holes and recovered from a bogey on the 10th hole with birdies on the 11th and 12th.
Keith Mitchell and Jacob Bridgeman both finished one shot behind Brennan, with Mitchell shooting a 68 and Bridgeman a 69. Defending champion Xander Schauffele ended the tournament with a double-bogey on the 18th hole, tying for fourth place at 13-under. Brennan's brother, Sean, attended the event, providing support during his win.
