Cole praised Wade Barrett, who has been part of WWE since 2020, as a major future star in commentary. He also highlighted The Miz and Seth Rollins as candidates, noting their previous hosting experiences and ability to transition into analyst roles when they retire from wrestling.

Reflecting on his career, Cole acknowledged the impact of past broadcast partners, singling out Tazz, Corey Graves, and Pat McAfee as standout commentators he has worked with. Currently, Cole collaborates with Graves for the SmackDown brand.
