Mickie James Spotted at SummerSlam During Aldis vs. Gunther Match

Mickie James, a WWE Hall of Famer, was present in the audience at SummerSlam in Minneapolis during the match between Nick Aldis and Gunther.

As Gunther gained the advantage over Aldis, James was seen arguing with him at ringside. Despite Aldis's efforts, he ultimately submitted to Gunther's rear naked choke hold. Following the match, James and their son Donovan entered the ring to a round of applause for Aldis's performance.

Aldis had previously been suspended in storyline after an incident with Gunther at Night of Champions. Although he returned, Gunther attacked him, frustrated by not being included in the WWE title match for SummerSlam. Gunther and Sami Zayn faced CM Punk and Cody Rhodes in a tag match at Saturday Night’s Main Event, where Aldis's interference led to Punk and Rhodes winning, setting the stage for the SummerSlam match.
