Luke Hollman played a pivotal role, scoring an unbeaten 83 runs as Middlesex chased down a target of 255 runs. The team was struggling at 145-7 before Hollman partnered with Tom Helm, who contributed 40 runs, to form a crucial 79-run partnership that shifted the match's momentum.

Durham had initially set a competitive total, with Colin Ackermann scoring 71 not out and Will Rhodes contributing 80 runs. However, Middlesex's bowlers, including Hollman, who took 3-53, managed to restrict Durham to 254-7. Middlesex will face Leicestershire in the final at Trent Bridge on September 20.
