Mike Perry's Future with BKFC Uncertain Amid Ongoing Discussions
Mike Perry's future with the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) is uncertain as discussions continue regarding his intentions. BKFC CEO David Feldman indicated that Perry may be considering other options, stating that while they are in talks, news about his direction could emerge soon.
Perry's last fight in BKFC occurred on October 4, 2025, where he defeated Jeremy Stephens. Following that, he participated in a mixed martial arts match against Nate Diaz on May 16, 2026. Feldman expressed confusion over Perry's financial discussions, noting that Perry had previously fought for less money.
The fighter was scheduled to face Dillian Danis on August 29, but the bout was canceled, leading to a TKO loss against Brandon Jenkins. Perry's relationship with BKFC has been complicated by a public feud with Conor McGregor, who claimed Perry was fired from the promotion. Although Perry reportedly has two fights remaining on his BKFC contract, discussions about a potential matchup with Darren Till have not yet resulted in an agreement.
