Mike Trout Sets MLB Record with Home Run on Six Birthdays

Mike Trout made history on Friday night by becoming the first player in Major League Baseball to hit a home run on six different birthdays. The Los Angeles Angels center fielder celebrated turning 35 with a 400-foot solo home run in the first inning against the Miami Marlins.

This milestone broke a tie with several players, including Todd Helton and Alex Rodriguez, who each homered on five birthdays. Trout's previous birthday home runs occurred on his 21st, 22nd, 24th, 26th, and 29th birthdays.

His latest home run marked his 19th of the season and brought his career total to 423. The Angels, who have struggled recently, entered the series with the worst record in the league at 44-71, while the Marlins were looking to end a three-game losing streak.
