Mikey Moore Joins FC Koln, Inspired by Sancho and Bellingham's Success
Mikey Moore, a 19-year-old player on loan from Tottenham, has joined FC Koln for the season, motivated by the success of fellow English players Jadon Sancho and Jude Bellingham in the Bundesliga.
Moore, who made history as Tottenham's youngest Premier League player at 16, completed his move to Koln last month. He noted that the achievements of Sancho and Bellingham, who both thrived in Germany before moving to top clubs, encouraged him to pursue this opportunity over staying in England.
Having previously played for Rangers, where he gained valuable experience, Moore expressed excitement about the challenges in the Bundesliga. He has settled in quickly, finding an apartment and beginning to learn German, while also looking forward to facing Bayern Munich and meeting his idol, Harry Kane.
