Miles Sanders Faces DUI Charges Following June Arrest
Miles Sanders, a free agent running back, is facing charges of driving under the influence and careless driving following an arrest on June 8 in Churchill Borough, Pennsylvania, according to court records.
The charges were officially filed on August 20, and Sanders is set for a preliminary hearing on October 28. His attorney stated that the matter is private and has not yet reached the preliminary hearing stage.
Sanders, 29, signed a one-year contract with the Dallas Cowboys last off-season but had a disappointing performance, totaling only 147 yards from scrimmage over four games before being placed on injured reserve. He previously had a successful season with the Philadelphia Eagles, earning a Pro Bowl selection in 2022.
