Mitch Harris Emerges as Top Key Defender in AFL Draft Rankings
Mitch Harris, a tall player from South Australia, is gaining recognition as the top key defender in his class and is projected to be among the first ten prospects selected in this year's AFL Draft.
Following his selection as a full back in the U18s All-Australian team, Harris has climbed to ninth place in the AFL Draft Prospect Power Rankings, thanks to his impressive performance during the National Championships with South Australia.
Analyst Jonty Ralphsmith noted Harris's significant rise in the rankings, indicating that he has surpassed Clancy Snell, who is currently ranked twelfth. Harris recently made his league debut for Woodville-West Torrens, showcasing his skills with several intercept marks.
