Moïse Bombito, a defender for the Canadian national soccer team, is scheduled for another surgery on his left tibia, as confirmed by his club, Nice, on Wednesday.

The decision for surgery follows Bombito experiencing chronic pain, which led to a scan of his leg. He initially fractured his tibia on October 5 but returned to play for Canada during the FIFA World Cup this summer, participating in three matches, including two starts, before the team was eliminated by Morocco in the quarterfinals.
