Mokaev Reports Four Opponents Withdrawn from Grappling Matches
Muhammad Mokaev revealed that four opponents withdrew from scheduled grappling matches after initially agreeing to compete within a week. The undefeated flyweight shared this information on social media, indicating that he had accepted bouts against Adriano Moraes, Asu Almabayev, Alibi Idiris, and Ramazonbek Temirov, all of whom reportedly retracted their agreements within 24 hours.
Following this series of withdrawals, Mokaev secured a matchup with Moris Boleian for the ACBJJ 60kg Grand Title, set to take place on August 30 at Ora Arena in Istanbul. Mokaev, who has maintained an active presence in various combat sports since his UFC exit in 2024, has achieved three victories in MMA and one in Karate Combat.
Boleian, who has an 8-1 record with eight submission wins, recently lost a split decision at UAE Warriors in January. Mokaev's last grappling match resulted in his only loss, which occurred against a larger opponent, Arman Tsarukyan.
