Morgan Gibbs-White Fined for Running Red Light
Morgan Gibbs-White, an attacking midfielder for Nottingham Forest, has received a £1,000 fine after his Range Rover was recorded running a red light in West Bridgford, Nottinghamshire.
The incident occurred on January 28, when a police camera captured his vehicle passing the traffic signal 1.1 seconds after it turned red. Gibbs-White did not respond to two police inquiries regarding whether he was driving at the time of the offence, leading to his conviction for failing to provide the driver's identity.
At Southern Derbyshire Magistrates' Court, he was fined £660, received six penalty points on his driving licence, and was ordered to pay £120 in costs along with a £264 victim surcharge. This follows a previous driving ban he received last year for multiple speeding offences.
