
MotoGP San Marino Grand Prix Starting Grid Announced
Marco Bezzecchi will start from pole position in the MotoGP San Marino Grand Prix at Misano after achieving a new lap record during Saturday's qualifying session.
The Aprilia rider secured his second consecutive pole and fourth of the season, with reigning world champion Marc Marquez starting in second place on his Ducati. Gresini's Fermin Aldeguer completed the front row in third after advancing from Q1.
The second row includes notable riders such as Fabio di Giannantonio from VR46 and Aprilia's Jorge Martin, while Honda's Luca Marini will start from sixth. Alex Marquez, who faced challenges during qualifying, will begin in ninth position. The race is scheduled to start at 2pm local time on Sunday, 13 September 2026, with MotoGP legend Valentino Rossi expected to attend.
