Mumbai Secures Dominant Victory Over Chandigarh in Ranji Trophy Opener

Mumbai triumphed over Chandigarh with an innings and 155-run victory at Wankhede Stadium, concluding the match in less than two sessions on Tuesday.

The home team bowled out Chandigarh for 196 in their second innings, with Shams Mulani and Tanush Kotian leading the attack by taking three wickets each. Chandigarh, needing to overcome a 351-run deficit, struggled against Mumbai's bowlers, losing wickets at regular intervals.

This victory not only provided Mumbai with a bonus point but also allowed them an extra day of rest before their next match against Himachal Pradesh in Bilaspur.
