Mustafa Ali Faces Legitimate Injuries After TNA Lockdown Match

Mustafa Ali, the TNA International Champion, disclosed that he suffered significant injuries during his steel cage match against Jason Hotch at TNA Lockdown. This revelation came during the August 27 episode of TNA iMPACT, where Ali spoke from his hospital bed.

Ali confirmed he has fractured ribs and a punctured lung, admitting that the match may have gone too far. He extended a truce to Hotch, who has yet to respond. Reports indicate that Ali's injuries are genuine, and he is expected to be cleared for action at next month's TV tapings in Texas.

Despite his injuries, Ali attended a meet and greet after Lockdown but announced on social media that he must cancel two upcoming indie shows in September, including events in Melbourne, Australia, and Glasgow, Scotland.
