Mykel Williams Set for Return to 49ers Lineup Against Seahawks

Mykel Williams, a defensive end for the 49ers, is nearing his return to the field after recovering from a torn ACL sustained last season. He is anticipated to be activated for the game against the Seahawks this Sunday, which would be his first appearance since Week 9 of the previous season.

Williams expressed his eagerness to return, noting the frustration of watching the team struggle with pass rush issues in the absence of Nick Bosa. He mentioned that it has been nearly a year since he last played and is excited to get back on the field.

Before his injury, Williams recorded 20 tackles, a sack, and a forced fumble during his rookie season. He has focused on rehabilitation and improving his physical condition during his time off, and he is looking forward to demonstrating his readiness in the upcoming game.
