Myles Borne and Tavion Heights Win NXT Tag Team Championship

This week on NXT, Myles Borne and Tavion Heights were crowned the new Tag Team Champions after a victory over The Vanity Project, consisting of Ricky Smokes and Brad Baylor.

The match concluded with the referee ejecting Myka Lockwood and Jackson Drake from ringside, which shifted the momentum in favor of Borne and Heights. Heights secured the win for his team with a belly-to-belly suplex.

Borne and Heights earned their title shot following Borne's win against Kam Hendrix in the previous week’s NXT. Heights has displayed more aggressive behavior since his return, including an altercation with Tony D’Angelo, yet he has maintained his partnership with Borne, who is also the current North American Champion.
