Myles Garrett, a pass rusher for the Rams, was absent from practice on Tuesday, marking the 12th practice he has missed due to minor knee swelling.

Despite Garrett's ongoing absence, Rams coach Sean McVay has minimized concerns regarding the two-time Defensive Player of the Year, focusing on getting him ready for an upcoming game in Australia. Garrett, who was traded from the Browns in the offseason, previously set the NFL single-season sacks record with 23 last year and has a total of 125.5 sacks over his nine seasons.

In addition to Garrett, wide receiver Puka Nacua and offensive lineman Keagen Trost also did not participate in practice on Tuesday. Tight end Terrance Ferguson was seen working with an athletic trainer, while offensive lineman Alaric Jackson missed practice for personal reasons, which McVay indicated is not a cause for concern.
