He referenced the success of NASCAR's participation at Le Mans in 2023 and expressed confidence that a race in Europe would resonate with fans, emphasizing the distinctiveness of NASCAR compared to Formula 1. O'Donnell believes that NASCAR can offer a different experience and is ready to explore this new frontier.
