NASCAR's Clash Returns to Daytona International Speedway After Six Years
NASCAR's exhibition Clash is set to return to Daytona International Speedway on February 13, 2027, after a six-year absence.
The announcement was made by the sanctioning body on Tuesday, revealing that Wheatley American Vodka will sponsor the event. The Clash serves as a prelude to the Daytona 500, scheduled for February 21.
Previously, the Clash was held at Daytona from 1979 until 2021 before being moved to a temporary venue at Los Angeles Memorial Stadium for three years. It was then relocated to Bowman Gray Stadium in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, for the last two years. This year's event faced postponements due to severe winter weather in North Carolina, which made travel unsafe for teams and fans.
