Natalia Silva Questions Valentina Shevchenko's Immediate Title Shot

Natalia Silva has stated that there is no certainty Valentina Shevchenko will receive an immediate title shot upon her return to competition. Shevchenko, who lost her title due to injury, congratulated Silva and advised her to keep the belt warm.

Reports indicated a potential matchup between Shevchenko and Silva in Salt Lake City, but Silva is uncertain about this prospect. She mentioned that Shevchenko may need to wait in line for a title shot instead of being prioritized.

Recent comments from MMA media suggested that the UFC assured Shevchenko of a title shot upon her return, but Silva has expressed her desire to remain active and not wait for a specific opponent. She emphasized that her focus is on defending her title against deserving challengers, regardless of whether they are Shevchenko or others in the rankings.
