NBA Cup Group Play Begins with Knicks vs. 76ers
The NBA has unveiled the first night of the NBA Cup group play, scheduled for October 30, where the New York Knicks will take on the Philadelphia 76ers at 7:30 p.m. Eastern, followed by a matchup between the Los Angeles Lakers and Golden State Warriors at 10 p.m.
The Knicks, who won the NBA Cup last season and their first championship since 1973, will also face the 76ers on opening night, October 20. Additionally, the Miami Heat will visit the Knicks on Black Friday, November 27, at 7 p.m., followed by the Lakers playing against the San Antonio Spurs.
On January 14, the NBA Paris Game 2027 will feature the Spurs against the New Orleans Pelicans at 2 p.m. Eastern, with a subsequent matchup in Manchester on January 17. The complete NBA Cup group-play schedule will be revealed later today, with games taking place from October 30 to November 27, culminating in the title game on December 11 at Butler University’s Hinkle Fieldhouse.
