NBA DFS Picks and Lineup Insights for October 22

On October 22, the NBA features two games, with the Cleveland Cavaliers facing the Philadelphia 76ers at 7:00 p.m. ET and the Denver Nuggets taking on the Oklahoma City Thunder at 9:30 p.m. ET, both available on ESPN.

The Thunder recently secured a victory against the San Antonio Spurs, with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scoring 32 points. The Nuggets are making their season debut, and Nikola Jokic is expected to be a key player. Tyrese Maxey is highlighted as a strong option for DFS lineups, having performed well in a recent game against the New York Knicks.

Joel Embiid is noted for his potential to contribute significantly if he remains healthy, while LeBron James is anticipated to make an impact in his matchup against the Cavaliers. Other players to consider include Chet Holmgren and rookie Watson, who is making his debut for the Cavaliers. DFS managers are advised to carefully select players to maximize their lineup effectiveness on this light schedule night.
