This injury will prevent him from participating in the upcoming Diamond League Final and the Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan.

The injury occurred shortly after Chopra achieved his season's best throw at the Lausanne Diamond League. Following consultations with his medical team, he opted to prioritize rehabilitation over further competition risks. Chopra expressed disappointment over the setback, particularly as he felt he was regaining his competitive momentum.
