New Zealand's Lockie Ferguson Anticipates Challenge from Vaibhav Sooryavanshi in T20I Series

New Zealand fast bowler Lockie Ferguson is eager to bowl to 15-year-old Vaibhav Sooryavanshi during the upcoming T20I series against India, which starts on October 22. Ferguson noted that Sooryavanshi's selection for the national squad is expected due to his remarkable talent.

Ferguson, who has played alongside Sooryavanshi in the IPL, praised the young batsman, stating that he has shown exceptional skills in back-to-back seasons. He acknowledged that this series will be a significant challenge for Sooryavanshi, especially as it marks his first visit to New Zealand.

The series will feature a multi-format tour, including two Tests, five T20Is, and five ODIs. Ferguson also mentioned that India's left-arm pacer Arshdeep Singh is looking forward to the favorable bowling conditions in New Zealand, which typically offer more swing and bounce.
