Initially charged with engaging in prostitution and possessing criminal tools, York later pled no contest to a lesser charge of disorderly conduct and was sentenced to one day in jail, with credit for time served, along with fines totaling $1,150. Reports indicate that York was not present for the 49ers' season-opening victory over the Rams and may face a suspension of two to four games.
