Nikki Bella Reflects on SummerSlam Heel Turn and Brie Bella's Injury

After a six-woman tag match loss to Fatal Influence at WWE SummerSlam, Nikki and Brie Bella were set to betray their partner Paige in a post-match attack. However, Brie suffered a broken scapula during the match, leaving Nikki to execute the heel turn largely on her own.

Nikki shared her mixed feelings about the situation on a recent episode of The Nikki & Brie Show, expressing how challenging it was to perform without her sister's full support. Despite her own injuries, including a torn ankle, Nikki managed to continue wrestling that night.

Looking ahead, Nikki expressed excitement about future plans with Brie, although Brie's recovery could take three to six months. Nikki is hopeful for Brie's return by the 2027 Royal Rumble in Arizona, where they anticipate a significant moment together.
