Nikki Bella turned against Paige after a six-woman tag team match at SummerSlam, where Jacy Jayne pinned Paige.

During the match, Brie Bella, who appeared to sustain a shoulder injury, watched as Nikki attacked Paige from behind with the Rack Attack 2.0. As the Bella Twins left the ring, Nikki expressed her determination to protect her position.

Prior to WrestleMania 42, Nikki had been sidelined due to a foot injury, leading to Paige stepping in as her replacement. Paige and Brie had previously won the WWE Women’s Tag Team titles but lost them to Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid in a recent match.
