North Wales Crusaders to Discuss Future with RFL Amid Financial Concerns

Officials from North Wales Crusaders are scheduled to meet with the Rugby Football League (RFL) to discuss the club's future amid financial difficulties.

The club recently withdrew from the bidding process for a 2027 license after failing to meet the RFL's financial requirements, which included a request to deposit £150,000 in an escrow account.

During the upcoming meeting, Crusaders will present a revised business plan. The club, which has faced significant challenges, including a 12-point deduction for financial issues, finished last in the Championship last season, losing 21 out of 24 matches.
