Nottingham Forest Negotiates £25m Deal for Daniel Munoz

Nottingham Forest is currently engaged in advanced negotiations to sign Crystal Palace defender Daniel Munoz for a fee that could reach £25 million.

The Colombian international has become a target for Forest's manager Oliver Glasner, who previously managed Munoz at Selhurst Park. Discussions regarding the transfer have intensified following Crystal Palace's recent 4-1 loss to Manchester City.

As the transfer deadline approaches, an agreement between the two clubs appears imminent. Munoz, who joined Palace from Genk in 2024, has played a significant role in the team's recent successes, including victories in the FA Cup and Europa Conference League. With nearly two years remaining on his contract, Palace is willing to sell him this summer, especially after signing Anan Khalaili, who is expected to fill Munoz's position.
