Nottingham Forest Signs Liam Delap from Chelsea for £50 Million

Nottingham Forest has finalized the acquisition of Liam Delap from Chelsea, signing him to a five-year contract for a club-record fee of £50 million.

Delap, who previously joined Chelsea from Ipswich Town, had a limited impact during his season at Stamford Bridge, scoring only three goals in 47 appearances. He had a more productive stint at Ipswich, netting 12 goals in the 2024-25 season despite the team's relegation from the Premier League.
